Privacy Policy
1. Scope & Privacy by Default
This Privacy Policy explains how Today’s Creative handles information used for the Custom Song service. Custom Song projects begin private. Public distribution and promotional use occur only through the separate permissions applicable to those uses.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account and contact information such as name, email address and phone number; questionnaire answers and story details; information about the intended recipient; project messages, approvals and status history; scheduling information; files the customer uploads; payment/order references; download and access records; and limited technical/security information needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to evaluate Custom Song requests, communicate with the customer, create and revise the project, administer scheduling and payment, provide protected review and delivery access, maintain agreement and audit records, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot the service, respond to support or privacy requests, and meet legal or business-record obligations.
4. Story Information & Sensitive Content
Custom Song questionnaires may contain personal family, relationship, faith, memorial, health-adjacent or other sensitive story details. Customers should provide only information reasonably needed for the song. Today’s Creative limits access to project information according to job and operational need and does not use private story information for promotion unless the customer separately grants promotional permission.
5. Files, Reviews & Deliverables
Customer uploads, production files, protected review materials and final deliverables are stored according to their access class. Protected review and final files are not intentionally exposed through ordinary public Media Library URLs. Customers are responsible for keeping their own backup copies after delivery.
6. Story Interviews & Scheduling
Legacy scheduling information and private Story Interview notes may be particularly sensitive. Interview notes remain internal unless Today’s Creative and the customer expressly agree otherwise. Story Interviews are not recorded by default. Meeting links and scheduling details may be processed by the selected meeting provider.
7. Payments
Fourthwall or another approved payment provider handles checkout and payment-card processing. Today’s Creative stores the order/payment references and amounts needed to match, administer, audit, refund or resolve the project, but the Custom Song plugin does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or CVV data.
8. Service Providers & Production Tools
Today’s Creative may use hosting, WordPress/site infrastructure, email, protected storage, payment, scheduling, audio/music production, design, generative or AI-assisted tools, distribution and other service providers when reasonably needed to operate the Custom Song service. Only information reasonably needed for the relevant task should be provided. Provider privacy practices and processing locations are governed by their own terms and may change over time.
9. When Information May Be Shared
Today’s Creative may share information with service providers described above; with professional advisers or contractors who need the information to assist the business and are expected to protect it; when the customer directs or authorizes the sharing; when needed to investigate fraud, abuse, payment disputes or security incidents; or when disclosure is reasonably required by law, court order or valid legal process. The Custom Song service does not sell or rent the customer’s private questionnaire or story information to advertisers.
10. Agreements, Streaming & Promotional Permissions
Today’s Creative preserves versioned records of Terms acceptance, Privacy acknowledgment, approved project/price confirmation, Streaming Authorization, promotional permission and usage-rights records where applicable. Streaming Authorization does not automatically authorize promotional use of private story information, and promotional permission does not automatically grant independent distribution rights.
11. Technical, Cookie & Security Information
The site may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, account sessions, form progress, security and normal site operation. Today’s Creative may keep minimum-necessary IP, access, authentication, device/browser or audit information when needed for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. The Custom Song plugin does not intentionally collect sensitive technical evidence merely because it is available.
12. Security
Today’s Creative uses authentication, role-based authorization, protected storage, backups, logging and operational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access or disclosure. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If a security incident involving legally protected personal information requires notification, Today’s Creative will provide notice as required by applicable law.
13. Retention
Protected final downloads are guaranteed for at least 60 days unless extended. Different information may be retained for different periods based on project status, operational need and legal/business-record requirements. Payment, agreement, licensing, dispute, security, audit and transaction records may be retained after other private project content is deleted or no longer actively used.
14. Customer Privacy Requests
Customers may contact Today’s Creative at contact@todayscreativemusic.com to request a reasonable copy of their Custom Song account/project information, correct account information or request deletion review. A deletion request does not automatically erase information that Today’s Creative reasonably needs to retain for payment, contract, licensing, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, tax, audit or other legal/business-record purposes.
15. Age & Information About Minors
The person creating a Custom Song customer account and entering into the purchase must be at least 18 years old. A song may describe or be intended for a minor, but customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information about children. Today’s Creative does not knowingly offer Custom Song customer accounts directly to children under 18.
16. What Not to Submit
Share what matters to the song, not private records. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information, government IDs, complete medical records or unrelated sensitive information. If such information is submitted accidentally, contact Today’s Creative so it can be reviewed for appropriate removal where feasible.
17. Policy Changes
Today’s Creative may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. New versions are versioned and dated. Material changes that affect an existing project may require a new acknowledgment before the customer can continue with a protected project action.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to contact@todayscreativemusic.com. Electronic project records and account-authenticated requests are preferred when available because they help Today’s Creative verify the request and preserve an accurate history.
